  • Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged the full consultation fee.

  • Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available for change of mind.

4. Shipping & Returns

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post express post.

  • Our Blends our hand crafted for each purchase. Please allow 10 working days for delivery. If you need an urgent delivery please contact us to discuss options.

  • Express shipping options is offered at checkout.

  • Delivery times depend on Australia Post’s services and may be affected by delays outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to postal delays, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

Returns
